Mtanzania Foundation was registered in 2019 under the NGO Act No. 24 of 2002, to be a Non- Governmental Organization that envision a future where the diversity of life thrives and enhanced people ability to conserve nature and included sociality, economically and
politically to fulfill need, enrich our lives and nature.

Mtanzania Foundation is governed by the Annual General Meeting made up with founding members and other representative’s members as stipulated in its policy and regulations. Moreover, we also have a diverse and dynamic Executive Secretariat with four members who supervise overall operations and review and approve major foundation decisions. The Board ensures good governance through active management direction.
Board members posess recognized and relevant professional and academic expertise. Chosen by and from within the community, they represent a balanced spectrum in terms of ethnicity, gender, culture, disability status and age. AGH programs are implemented by an Internal Management Committee, consisting of an Mtanzania Foundation Foundation Manager, Program Manager and Finance and Administration Manager.
