Organizational Development
Improve communication and profile Mtanzania Foundation work through social media, increase staff and volunteer capacity, secure funding and ensure sustainability.
Raising Awareness
Address healthy society through innovative health promotion, education awareness campaign on individual risk management, personal counseling, community development and social advocacy, civic rights, economic development, leadership and political right of citizen participation in the development activities and those who are affected by this issues to find a voice at local and national stage.
Community Empowerment
Through partnership, we will introduce our projects, work with community, and provide support on entrepreneurship skills for financial, social and economic inclusiveness as to uplift their economic status in the society while empower people with disabilities and most vulnerable group on acquiring various skills, career guidance and facilitating their rehabilitation for sustainable livelihood.

Mtanzania Foundation is governed by the Annual General Meeting made up with founding members and other representative’s members as stipulated in its policy and regulations. Moreover, we also have a diverse and dynamic Executive Secretariat with four members who supervise overall operations and review and approve major foundation decisions
